How is the pumpkin schmear?

Yuk I hope not

After asking and confirming THREE TIMES that I didn't want it cut in 1/2 was told to that they MUST cut my bagel sandwich in half when I EXPLICITY asked when ordering, and twice more to confirm NOT TO? DON'T cut my sandwich when I ask NOT TO!

From my understanding, this is SOP on the East Coast. I'd assume that your request was simply forgotten because it's unusual. Don't know why they said it's policy.
