Heavenly
Yuk I hope not
From my understanding, this is SOP on the East Coast. I'd assume that your request was simply forgotten because it's unusual. Don't know why they said it's policy.
Best bagels ever , I like cheese jalapeno is super yam
Very curteous at the register! Very fast making my sandwich! Unfortunately, they missed the cheese that I asked them to add.
I was actually very disappointed with my recent visit. It had been a few years since I went there. The wait was long, the menu was complicated and the sandwiches I got was not very good. Seems like the quality had gone down and they are just another chain restaurant.
Good food.Quick service
Love the bagels, but-wide ranging consistency in service. This afternoon, I waited literally 15 minutes, no exaggeration, for two sandwiches be be made. By the time they were done assembling them, the bagels had gotten lukewarm. Really detract from the overall experience.
We went in early today and the shop wasn't quite ready. But Lassen stopped his set up tasks to make sure we were served. The bagels and coffee were fresh and tasted delicious. But it was the great service from Lassen that makes me want to go again.
Just got a bagel with smoked salmon schmear and there is an extraordinarily small amount of schmear. Upset that I was charged money for this. Get your act together Rocky Ridge Town Center Noahs.
Customer service has declined lately. If you go in in the early afternoon, and they are out of what you want, you're out of luck. Even if you're willing to come back in an hour. If possible I suggest visiting a different Noah's location. I am a polite and accommodating customer of 10 years.
Nothing like wanting a decent bagel with cream cheese and getting this. So disappointed.
extremely rude manager. they are having problem with there ordering system and the manager is being extremely rude. i will take my business else where
Deez bagels real good. Like, reaaallyy good.
Over and over I have had bad service here. This time- I ordered curbside pick up. When o arrived they said they could not bring out my order. Well then why are you offering curbside pick up?!! This is maybe the 4th or 5th time they have failed at service. Bagels are great but you can’t rely on them.
Good breakfast begal. Open non crowded seating.
I was called that my order was ready. When going to the counter I had to wait several minutes before asking an employee that my name had been called. Turns out the girl had placed my order to the side after calling my name. My drink was also not ready nor even recognized as being ordered. Not a good experience. I will not be returning to this location.
Got some good new flavors, Monday deals. But do really like the floor pattern. Hehe
Love their Asiago bagels with honey almond smear! I always get extra bagels to freeze.
Great bagel, new gal gave my wife a COMPLETELY different bagel than what she ordered and was making a lot of other mistakes, but they made it right and let us keep the wrong bagel, as well.
Always good food. But today's service was not good. I step in and there was only 1 person in there waiting on his bagel. There was a girl in far right not one time acknowledge me. 3 minutes later she comes up and says what can I get for you. Smile and make your customer feel welcome. Not a good trip thy to Noah's bagels today.
Really good bagels. They no longer use premade egg batter which makes it all the more better. Price is a tad bit higher but for fresh food it's worth it.
Good, fresh bagels, far better coffee than Starbucks next door. Nice spot to eat outdoors.
Inadequate staffing terrible management staff leaves a single employee to run the whole place on the morning before Christmas. Poor service because of lack of staff. They run out of bagels all the time. I love Noah's bagels, great product. This place needs to get its act together.
This store needs to staff up according to demand. I came in to order one bagel and one sandwich (just egg, cheese on a bagel) to go. It was a 20 minute wait. The lead/manager was very courteous (my reason for not giving only one star) and the employees were working...but there were no where near enough staff to keep up to an acceptable level of service. They also renovated and reconfigured the facility a while ago...I'm not sure why because it is still crowded and does not have enough seating.
Always a good stop for a breakfast bagel first thing in the morning. They have Nitro coffee and tea which is great.
We have tried coming to this location so many times over the years. The wait is so long for food ( the line moves fast but they can’t they can’t make food fast). They have messed up our orders so many times. Today they could not provide ingredients list to show their tomato spread didn’t have annatto in it (a food allergen my family has to worry about). There were no tubs of this spread out for people to buy so we couldn’t check the container. We just want others to know how bad this location is and always has been for years.
Employees were great but the a/c has been down for weeks. Employees are sweating profusely. It’s unbearable to wait due to extreme heat. They are out product by noon. They need new owners that care. Very frustrated because I like Noah’s bagel. This by far the worst!
Food and coffee are great but the place is so small and they took forever to get everyone's order out to them. They never asked for my name and so my food was done but sat there for a while. They were out of coffee and it took forever to get the new pot out. I was there over 20 minutes with several grumpy patrons. The staff seemed overwhelmed. The food is good but I won't be returning.
Bagels are good, but they out of coffee...
Fresh bagels in the morning. Very clean and nice employees. Ok lunches
The worst Noah bagel I have been to. They can't add a simple egg to a bagel.
Super fast service! Great food! I had the Nova Lox sandwich and it was fabulous! Definitely no complaint from me.
Very slow and chaotic seemed like employees weren't directed very well at all. Very good bagels and food tho.
Place was crowded and took a while to place our order. The reason they got 3 stars is the food is amazing
I don’t know about the bad reviews but I went there for the first time and it was the most delicious bagel I’ve had. I had the Farmhouse bagel. Service was great too, socially distancing and super friendly service.
They serve a very tasty breakfast bagel & decent prices!!
Can't go wrong with a bagel ever
My favorite spot for bagels. Excellent customer service. Bagels are so soft and warm. I have tried just about everything on the menu and cannot pick one favorite. Bagels with strawberry cream cheese, breakfast croissant, veggies bagel sandwich, bagel with lox and cream cheese........ I can go on and on. The possibilities are endless and amazing. Must try this place!!!
The App is really awesome! Free stuff! Best breakfast in town!
I'm from Long Island, NY. First time here at Noah's, since I moved to Citrus Heights, CA. Very good tasty bagels just as good as NY bagels. Great selection. Bought a dozen. Blueberry, everything & sesame all ☆☆☆☆☆! Great selection of spreads. Price a little expensive that's why the rating. My server very sweet. Will be back.
Noah's is still delicious!! Here in Sacramento we don't have any real bagel competition-- you can find other fresh bagels, they're just not competition. The staff are wonderful! There are amazing flavors of both bagels and shmears and all sorts of other goodies. They have a clever way of packaging boxes of bagels with the cream cheese so it's definitely a good choice when you need to bring an item for brunch or a meeting. It's quick in-and-out even with a line.
Great staff good food
The people at this location do not know a baker dozen has 13 bagels. The 3 times we had been here for the Monday bagels. We only get 12 bagels. Also, sometimes they run out of blueberry and cinnamon raisin around 11 am!
The bagels are very good but I find it very expensive. They reorganized the store a while a go and the service is a little faster now but still can seem chaotic and slow at times. Still, I like the food here.
Delicious food and coffee, though on the pricey side. One sandwich and a coffee cost me more than $10. Staff is friendly.
One of the last great places to get bagels. Friendly staff, fresh bagel's, fast service
Really good bagels. Hey, I know that Costco sells Einsteins/Noah's bagels and they are good. But at a Noah's Bagels restaurant it's the real deal, made there. Great consistancy and hella good toasted.
Poor customer service 1st of all. When i got to my car i realized they forgot my 2 pastries. Then after i got to my car again i realized they forgot my side for my sandwich also. I did not bother going back in for a 3rd time.
Breakfast is pretty good but not what it used to be. Eggs are really slim. Bagels are awesome still!
Fast service good bagels but employee not too friendly
